Where do we ship to?

At this time we only ship within the U.S.

If you'd like to place an order outside of the U.S. please use the contact form to send us a request. We'd love to work with you.

Shipping

All prices in the shops INCLUDE SHIPPING which equates to roughly 15% of your items. Product will be shipped by Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. 

We strive to have all orders processed and fulfilled within 6 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order we will contact you ASAP. You will receive your tracking number once your goodies have shipped.

Remember to include our turnaround time in delivery calculation. If you need an order quickly, call us before noon at 602-363-8908 and we will take your order and figure out the fastest shipping options. 

BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

Is there a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum on orders. Order as much or as little as you want!  We are sure once you give us a try you will love us!

What are my payment options?

We accept Paypal, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.  

Net 30 accounts must be approved.  Please contact us for more information should you wish to have a net 30 account. 

What if my item isn't in stock? 

We work very hard to make sure we have everything in stock at all times. Unfortunately we can not always guarantee that every product will be in stock. Products not in stock will automatically ship out once they become available.

Do you have a store that I can visit you at?

Not at this moment! BUT we are in several amazing stores around the valley. Please check our stockist page to see where you can purchase our delightful bath and body treats.

Our online store is open 24/7. Phone hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Friday from 9:00 a.m. till Noon.

What do we put in our handmade goodies?

Besides TLC, All of the ingredients are listed with each item.

Are your products all handmade?

YES!!!!  Every product is handmade with tons of TLC in our soapy kitchen in Peoria, AZ. Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products the actual product you receive may vary in color and design from the product picture.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our product we don’t accept returns unless the product arrived damaged. If anything arrives damaged it must be reported within 48 hours of the product being delivered. All returns are subject to review and will only be accept by Bubbles Bath Boutique with a prior return authorization. No returns will be accepted without a RA.  

Order Changes and Cancellations 

All order changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Bubbles Bath Boutique’s customer service team. All changes and cancellations must be made within 3 days of the order being placed. Changes in orders all ready in production will result in a $50.00 fee.
